The game of life and death is the living board game you and the dealer play your entire life has been condensed into the deck, you build it by adding companions, encounters, and weapons while the dealer also mixes his own cards into yours creating unique scenarios you have to beat. The dealer has returned 100 years after his defeat and the game of life and death has resumed. Switched off.Enter the dealer’s carriage once more in Hand of Fate 2 is a dungeon crawler, part deck building, with the combat of an action RPG game. Hit ratmen and Jack again, so health at 90, not too bad, then the devil guy appears, another fight, lose another 10 health, then the curse hits, health taken down to 40, then a shop which I didn't bother with as I had a measly 4 gold, then a trap room which I entered because I had no food left, no health and I realised there was no way I was going to get near the boss anyway. Hit another f*****in tentacle card, actually survived that. So, ok, start again, meet villagers, get told in 5 steps half my health will be removed, this is on top of the curse that I've already started the game with. The first card was a tentacle card, which took a bunch of my health, the 2nd was an altar card, that took the rest of it with a huge failure. I started in again today, same thing again. Each round I've drawn a bunch of those f****in tentacle cards, had my health cut in half or had my food taken. I've been trying to get to the Queen Of Skulls for the last day or so and just can't do it. Next, and this is probably my biggest gripe, the balancing. It wouldn't matter so much if the game combat was just a button basher but as this game uses the Batman style combat which demands precision, framerate drops are unacceptable.

The last time I saw it was during a fight with a bunch of ratmen and the Jack Of Plagues. I've seen the game literally turn into a slideshow when the dealer starts throwing the cards, and again when I've been in combat.

Add a zoom feature so we can see what's on the ******* cards at the end of the rounds. It's almost impossible to read the cards at the end. The first one is there's no brightness setting. I can't find anywhere else to post about these so I'll put them here.
